Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in UX design is required. We give preference to candidates who have tackled complex challenges within large, interconnected digital ecosystems.
- Proficiency in industry–standard UX tools such as Figma. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- A thorough understanding of user–centered design (UCD), including planning and executing user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluations, and addressing usability and accessibility issues.
- Skilled in iterating designs and solutions in an efficient and thoughtful manner.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, translating abstract ideas into tangible design outcomes

What You'll Do
- Grasp the underlying business logic that defines AI–driven projects and deliver tailored solutions, while collaborating with leads to craft innovative, data–driven pitches.
- Engage in workshops focused on design thinking and information gathering, enhancing project outcomes through collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop clear and engaging documentation and presentations that leverage storytelling and UX writing techniques, transforming ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for seamless user interactions.
- Bring the client's AI product vision to life through comprehensive research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and user testing, executing essential UX activities tailored to project requirements.
- Identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance user experience, making informed design decisions that align with both existing and new functionalities.
- Adopt a user–centered design methodology, rapidly testing concepts and iterating on designs based on feedback, while posing insightful questions and advocating for fresh ideas.
